🔄 Important: Unboxing Video is Mandatory

Please record a video while unboxing the product. This is required to process any return or damage claim.

Delivery Details

• All products are delivered via courier to the ground floor only.
• If you refuse to accept the delivery, the courier charges (both sides) will be deducted from your deposit or refund.
• Advance payment (deposit) will not be refunded if the delivery is not accepted.

✅ 3-Day Return Policy

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify:

1. Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories.
2. Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
3. Please note:
   Product images shown online are shot in a studio with professional lighting. Minor color differences may occur.
   You can ask us for real images or videos of the product before placing your order.

1. Contact our team within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your order details and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you with the return process, including packaging and shipping instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

• If the product is damaged or defective:
  We will cover the return shipping, and you will get a full refund or replacement.
• If there’s no damage/defect (change of mind):
  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  • A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • What Can’t Be Returned?

    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items not in original condition or returned without original packaging.
    • Products returned without an unboxing video.
